OneTally Mail Terms of Use

These terms govern OneTally Mail, the private email-archive service operated by OneTally LC. They are separate from the terms for OneTally Money. Mail is currently an owner-only, pre-release application; it is not offered as a paid or public customer product.

What Mail does

Mail lets an authorized user connect a Google mailbox, import or forward messages, search and organize a private archive, and compose or send mail through a connected account. Some features depend on Google, Cloudflare and other providers. Availability, sync timing and mailbox actions may vary or fail. Your original email provider remains the source of your mailbox, and you should keep access to it.

Your responsibilities

Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to use. Review the recipient, sender identity, content and attachments before sending. You are responsible for lawful use, safeguarding your sign-in, and keeping an independent copy of mail you cannot afford to lose. Do not use Mail to send spam, violate another person’s privacy or bypass provider rules.

Your mail and permissions

You retain rights to your mail. You authorize OneTally to access and process connected-account data only to provide the features described in the Mail Privacy Policy. Connecting Gmail grants the permissions shown by Google; disconnecting removes the stored authorization but does not automatically erase already archived messages. You may request archive export or removal from the app or by contacting hello@onetally.app.

Pre-release limits

Mail is provided as-is while under development. It is not a guaranteed backup, records-retention service or substitute for your email provider. Before relying on a sync, search result, sent message or export, verify it in the source mailbox or downloaded file. We may change or pause features to protect security or data integrity, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes when practicable.

No fee and changes

There is no Mail subscription or payment in this pre-release version. If paid access is introduced, pricing and updated terms will be presented before any charge. We may update these terms with notice for material changes. Continued use after the effective date of an update means you accept it.
