The tax pack export: a P&L per entity, Schedule C and Schedule A mapping, owner draws and estimated taxes separated, the questions gathered for your CPA, and the full transaction appendix with a CSV.
The Tax Pack covers one tax year across your books, for a one-time $49. On the Free plan, holding a pack raises your book allowance to 3. It covers bringing that year into OneTally and exporting its pack. You buy it once for that year, and that year is done.
No. Tax Pack at $49 stands on its own for one tax year. Starter, at $99 a year, is for staying current instead: it adds the tax pack export for any year in scope, closing-window alerts, and retention features, in up to 3 books.
A subscriber adds a prior tax year with Catch-up, at $49 for that year. Once purchased, that year is yours: it ingests and exports like any year in scope, and it keeps working whether or not you stay subscribed.
They stay yours. Nothing is deleted, nothing is hidden, and you can export everything you have ever put in, at any time. You move to the Free plan and keep every book you already have, even if that is more than Free normally allows; you just can’t add new ones past the Free limit. What you lose are the paid features: the tax pack, the ability to bring in years outside the free window, mileage logging, email forwarding, and the higher upload and assistant allowances. Any year you bought outright stays yours to export, subscribed or not.
